TrustFord forms part of Ford Retail Group and is wholly owned by Ford Motor Company. It operates at ‘arms-length’ with its own board of directors and operating strategies. As well as managing its Ford franchise operation for new and commercial vehicles, the business runs as a multi franchise for used cars, used commercial vehicles, aftersales and parts.Ford Retail Group also owns and operates 14 Parts Plus sites nationally and has recently opened it's first Service NOW operation in Prestwich.
